Instance Preference Cookie: When you set your default Mastodon instance, we store this preference in a cookie on your device. This cookie:

• Contains only your instance domain (e.g., "mastodon.social")
• Is stored locally on your device, not on our servers
• Expires after one year
• Can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser cookies

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not store user accounts or passwords
• We do not log which links you generate or click
• We do not use analytics or tracking services
• We do not build user profiles
• We do not share any data with third parties

4. Link Generation

All link generation happens entirely in your browser (client-side). The URLs you paste are never sent to our server during the link creation process.

5. Server Logs

Standard web server logs may temporarily record IP addresses and request metadata for operational purposes (e.g., debugging, abuse prevention). These logs are not used for tracking and are regularly purged.

6. Hosting

The Service is hosted in the European Union and adheres to EU data protection standards.
